Urgent need, Health Education Vessel
As we step up to the challenges of the many people living in infra-structurally isolated locations around the Volta Basin, we urgently need support for the establishment of a Health Education Vessel.
We have two options right now,
1) take over an existing vessel and refit it or
2) purpose build a floating platform for the purpose. Estimated costs run from $50,000 to $150,000, and we will work to the available budget - the more we have available, the more we will do.
A dedicated unit would be built in an expandable manner, and retrofit would be done as we go; either way, we need at least $60,000 to kick start this project, the backbone of Project ETCHE, our flagship for 2012.
